It’s safe to say that most people are familiar with the herb nip, the type that is dried and sold as a tea for taking scents away. For some, however, this is not an herb they are familiar with. The question many ask about nip is, does catnip work on dogs? While it is safe for cats, many dog owners do not like the taste of it. The question many have is, will it help my dog with his or her bad breath?

When catnip is mentioned: many first think of the garden variety and wonder what could be in it. The truth is that catnip, also known as pennywort, is made from a plant called Neem. Neem is a perennial herb that grows wild in India, Pakistan and other parts of South Asia. It is a natural source of several substances including neem oil, catnip seed, menthol and several other chemicals. These chemicals are what give catnip its scent.

Although catnip is thought to be beneficial to humans: it is actually non-allergic, meaning that it does not cause an allergic reaction. This is why many pet stores sell it. However, some dog owners prefer not to use pet products that contain the scent of Neem because it can cause a reaction. It is safe for cats but for dogs, who may react to the taste, there are several products available.

Many people also wonder if it would be safe for their furry friends to use catnip: To be safe, it would be safer for your dog to use an herbal remedy that has been proven to have a calming effect on dogs. In fact, one of the ingredients found in many of the better brand of catnip supplements is eucalyptus, which has been used for years as a calming effect for dogs. Neem oil also has a calming effect and can help soothe your pets when mixed with fresh catnip.

The second question pet owners often ask about catnip: works is whether or not it works when used by adults. The answer is yes, it does. The Neem oil found in the herb acts just like the oil used by mothers to nourish their babies. In fact, it acts just as mother Neem does for her children, so it would make sense that using Neem oil with fresh catnip contains the same benefits for your pet.

When considering how to relieve your dogs from anxiety: you may be wondering, “How do I make it work? How do I make this product work? Is it safe?” The answer to both questions is that it’s safe to use, and cats are just as likely to be helped by using the natural, herbal ingredients found in Neem Oil for cats as they are dogs.

Catnip contains natural neuronutrients that can help relieve your pets’ symptoms and provide additional health benefits to your pets.
