The question many ask about nip is, does catnip work on dogs? While it is safe for cats, many dog owners do not like the taste of it. When catnip is mentioned: many first think of the garden variety and wonder what could be in it. The truth is that catnip, also known as pennywort, is made from a plant called Neem. Neem is a perennial herb that grows wild in India, Pakistan and other parts of South Asia.
